Importance of Tree Plantation-inews71

"There is no tree, no life exists, the treeless world is like a lifeless superpower." This is the land of our sweetest land of endless beauty. Numerous trees have filled the earth in sham green. The contribution of trees to keeping this world cool and livable is unacceptable. Again, this tree fulfills most of the basic needs of human beings to survive. Therefore, the need for the tree is immense in human life. "Give it back to the forest, the city of Lao" - Kabir A. Akuti has turned into a weeping man in the forest today. Because the earth is rapidly being wiped out by human axes. This is the suicide of people.

The tree is our absolute friend. Without plants, it is impossible to imagine the existence of other organisms on earth. However, we do not focus on planting trees, but we are more focused on cutting the trees. Therefore, the tree planting system is called tree planting.

What we mean by forest is the combination of trees or shrubs. Forestry has a close relationship with planting or planting trees. Because, if you want to plant one to two trees, but many plants will be planted at one time. And thus, the trees are created to be planted. And this process is called forestry.

The forest of nature has been created in this country in a unique way. The forests of Bangladesh are mainly divided into three parts. Namely:

1. Tropical evergreen forest, II. Shaaban forest and 3. Landslides. The tropical evergreen forest covers an area of over 4,000 sq km in Chittagong, Hill Districts and Sylhet areas. Thousands of sq km of Bhawal and Madhupur and a large area of Mymensingh, Gazipur, Tangail, Rangpur, Dinajpur, Comilla cover the area. And the Sundarbans is a flowing forest, spread across a vast area along the southern coast of the country.

According to scientists, in order to preserve the natural balance of any country, about 25 percent of the total land area needs to be forested. But it is a matter of great regret that in our country, only 5 percent of the total land is forested, which is very inadequate to the needs of the country. However, as a government, the actual proposed forest cover is only 5% and according to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) 5.4% (according to 20 estimates). The forest area in the north and northeast of the country is only about 5%. For these reasons, natural disasters have already occurred in Bangladesh. The country is not receiving timely rainfall. In the meantime, heavy rainfall, floods, cyclones, marine tides, etc. have become a matter of routine. Thus, indiscriminate tree erosion has resulted in the greenhouse effect or greenhouse effect not only in Bangladesh but throughout the world.

According to the World Resource Institute, half of the world's forests are deserted. As a result, the entire world is in danger. The tree is our silent friend. Tree, directly and indirectly, is helping us to survive. Without them, it would be impossible to live our lives in this world. We need plants in almost every area of our lives. That is why forestry and plantation are so important to our lives.

The tree controls the temperature with shade. The shade of the tree does not allow the soil water to evaporate easily. Water vapor in a broad forest causes condensation of any air and causes rainfall. The tree releases oxygen gas by taking carbon-dioxide gas from the atmosphere. Thus, the trees help to control the weather and climate of the country by taking in the air of breathing of people and other organisms. The fertility of the land of the plants helps increase the production of energy. Plants protect from river erosion, rainfall, and water inflation.

The necessity of the tree in human life is beyond description. Humans and animals enjoy life by eating the fruit of the trees and the leaves of the tree. The tree accepts toxic carbon dioxide that is released from all coastlines and gives life-saving oxygen. As a result, people can survive in this world. We get heat production, cooking, and other fuel wood trees. We get wood from trees for the construction of furniture, houses, boats, ships, dams, bridges, etc. The tree produces raw materials and lamps from paper mounds and rayon industries. Honey and wax are collected from the forest floor. The tree also provides drugs to save our lives.

Planting can be done almost anywhere. However, trees are planted in different places due to beauty and various reasons. Trees can be planted in the courtyard of our home or arranged in the garden. There will be many vegetables and flower trees. On either side of the road, there may be beautifying trees or leafy trees. These trees are better if they are somewhat larger. Large trees can be planted on the banks of the river. These trees help protect against natural disasters.

Plants are not only useful to humans or animals, but they also play a vital role in balancing the environment. Plants balance the oxygen and carbon dioxide in the environment. The plants control the climate and climate of any country. In areas where plants are high, rainfall is high and nature is vibrant. The plants control river erosion, rainfall, and inflation. Therefore, it is very important to take the initiative to save our lives by planting trees.

Every year, plantation operations are conducted in this country for the conservation and expansion of forest resources. The campaign runs a week, party time or monthly. At this time the tree can be planted in a planned way. Usually every year, the plantation drive is carried out by the forest department of the government. During this time, people can get free seedlings from the nearest nursery or at a low cost. During the campaign, propaganda was carried out in our life through various propaganda about tree requirements and planting methods. Undoubtedly, the plantation drive is a noble endeavor.

Protecting trees means saving our lives. The people along with the government will have to come forward to make the plantation drive a success. In this regard, the Bangladesh Forest Department will produce tree seedlings and provide it free to the people. Planting trees will create public opinion and create public consciousness. Electronics media can play a big role in this regard. There are 5 million capable people in our country. If we each plant at least one tree, our campaign can easily succeed. All should be inspired by this mantra for a happy and beautiful life.

Bangladesh has been following the tree planting program since its independence on the 5th. Various programs have been adopted at the public and private levels. Notable among these is the community forestry program undertaken by the Forest Department in 12 districts of northern Rajshahi, Rangpur and Dinajpur districts. Thousands of villages are covered under this program. In 4-5, the Forestry and Nursery Development Project was undertaken in 4 districts of the country, to raise awareness about the forestry, 5,000 people were given different term training and six million saplings were distributed to the public. The coastal areas, on all sides of the highways, along the railway tracks and in the dams, have received a great deal of response to this forest. Already mangrove plants have been planted in the coastal islands in the year 4 and 4,000 hectares of forest have already been completed. The government is now taking various steps to increase forestry.

From June 12 to June 8, the World Environment Conference was held in Rio de Janeiro, the capital of Brazil. Representatives from a total of 5 countries participated. They feared that the catastrophic tree that was going down around the world would make this world a difficult problem. About one acre of forest land is being destroyed every second. It was decided at the conference that at the same time, the world should be made liveable by tree plantation and plantation.

Simply planting trees will not end the work. Besides, the plants that still exist on the earth must be conserved. Otherwise, planting will have no value. If you start planting trees from one side to the other, it will not be possible to increase the number of trees. Nowadays many unscrupulous traders are illegally cutting down trees. These incidents are happening especially in the mountainous areas of our country. These dishonest traders should be brought under the law soon. Otherwise, the country's forest resources will continue to decrease day by day. If they are brought under the law, others will also be aware of the conservation of plants. As a result, the conservation of forests will be possible and the purpose of the plantation will also be successful.

The potential for forestry in Bangladesh is enormous. This is possible in many ways. One approach is to organize social forest development programs. The goal is to get the public actively involved in tree planting along the road. The program of the people can spur economic incentives for the countries involved. Moreover, different types of trees should be planted by mixing so that villagers can collect food, fruits, fuel, etc. Another option is to provide an additional income source for the forestry staff. In addition to providing direct loans, subsidy and subsidy, free seeds and seedlings, assisting with planting or plantation related machinery, fertilizer, food, etc., crop sharing, etc.

Village organizations, led by ward members and teachers, social workers and imam heads of mosques, can meet the requirements of this forest. The agency will oversee all matters related to social forestry with the public-private offices. Involve the people of the village in the work of making forestry workers on a family basis. For example, dam roads, railways, canal lanes, Kha's ponds, Khas land and the families living in their vicinity will allow a certain amount of land. They will take charge of plantation and care as per the plan and public-private support, and the income from which they will receive the share of that income according to the prescribed rules. In this way, the families who live in vacant areas and in the hills and hills will be involved in the forestry work there.

Africa is a shining example of the horrors of treelessness. People in trees and waterless areas have moved to other areas. The ominous response has already been seen in Bangladesh. There are heavy rains, hail, cyclones, and tidal waves. The greenhouse response has caused not only Bangladesh but the global environment as a result of indiscriminate tree erosion. The global environment today is disastrous and threatening.

At one time, the natural beauty of the wooded areas and our forests attracted foreign tourists. Meeting our needs brings happiness to life. But sadly, today is not really that day. The range of mango, jackfruit, betel nut and coconut garden in Bangladesh has gradually come to a point of becoming narrower. People are cutting down trees, but no one is interested in planting trees. Today, people's homes cost more than cars. Instead of planting trees, the trees that were before. These trees are cut down and there are large buildings and buildings. So in the present world, the condition of the tree is very much causing people to be constantly threatened.

Our number of trees is extremely small compared to the unlimited need to balance the materials and environment of various industries. In this situation, each of us should plan and participate in the plantation. In order to make the country's economy comfortable in public life, each of us needs to plant at least two trees.

There is no denying that the country will not go green if only after holding a plantation week and holding a public rally. The program has been observed since the independence of the country. But the plantation drive is not yet as expected. To make it successful, a nationwide program has to be adopted. The seminar-symposium even points to its importance in textbooks in schools and colleges and it needs to be promoted at the right rate. Then it will be possible to turn the country into a green livestock crop.
